Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-30 · Last updated October 30, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Ryzoro LLC ("Ryzoro", "we", "us"), of Laughlin, Nevada, and the business that signs up for and uses our field-service software ("you"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Ryzoro provides online software for running a field-service business: customers, scheduling, routes, a field app for your team, estimates, invoices and payments, and reports.
What you can use depends on your plan: Essentials, Pro or Premier. Plans, prices and what each includes are shown in the app under Settings → Plan.
2. Your account and your team
- You must give accurate sign-up information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everyone you invite to your company's account (owners, office staff and technicians) and for what they do in it.
- Keep passwords and two-step sign-in devices safe. Tell us right away if you think someone used your account without permission.
- You must be at least 18 and have the authority to accept these terms for your business.
- If your plan includes the customer portal, your own customers can sign in to see and pay their own invoices, estimates and visits. You decide who to invite, and you are responsible for keeping their email addresses correct.
3. Free trial and plans
- New companies start with a free 30-day trial with every feature, for 1 office user and 3 field-app users. No card is needed to start.
- When a trial ends without a plan, the account becomes read-only: you can see and download your data but not add work. If no plan is chosen within 90 days after the trial ends, the company's data is permanently deleted (section 6 says how we tell you first).
- Only the account owner can choose or change the plan.
- Moving up to a higher plan, or adding users, takes effect right away. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and only once your team fits the smaller plan.
- If you choose Pro or Premier during the free trial, you are charged right away and the free trial ends that day. If you choose Essentials during the trial, your first charge is on the day the trial would have ended.
4. Fees and payment
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars, to the card on file, through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees do not include any taxes that apply.
- Yearly plans cost 10 times the monthly price (2 months free). Extra users are always billed monthly, including on a yearly plan.
- Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect right away: the unused part of your current month is credited, and your year starts that day. Switching from yearly to monthly, or to a lower plan, takes effect when the paid year ends.
- Lock-in pricing is available for a limited time. Sign up while it's offered and keep your price for as long as you stay subscribed. We may stop offering it to new sign-ups at any time; companies that already have a lock-in price keep it. If the subscription ends, the lock-in price is gone and a returning company pays the regular price. While we offer lock-in pricing, moving to another plan gives you that plan's lock-in price. After we stop offering it, your lock-in price stays on the plan you are on; moving to another plan uses that plan's regular price, and the lock-in price does not come back.
- If a payment fails, we'll ask you to update your card. If it isn't paid within 7 days, the subscription ends and the account becomes read-only.
- We may change our prices for new subscriptions at any time. We don't change the price of a subscription that is already active. If that ever changes, we will update these Terms and tell you by email at least 30 days before any new price applies to you.
- You can cancel at any time in the app. You keep full access until the end of the month or year you've paid for. Payments are not refunded, including for partly used months.
- White-glove setup (importing your data, setting up your settings, services and prices, inviting your team, and a one-hour training call) is included with the Premier plan. On Essentials and Pro it is optional and costs $149 one time, agreed with us before any work starts.
5. Payments you take from your customers
If you take card or bank payments through the service, they are processed by Stripe under its own terms (stripe.com/legal), which you accept when you connect your Stripe account. Your customers pay you directly: you are the seller, Stripe's processing fees are charged to your Stripe account, and you are responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds and disputes.
6. Your data
- Your company owns the data you and your team put into the service, including your customers' details. Ryzoro hosts it for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers' information, and for any notices or consents the law requires.
- You can download your data at any time: the full backup and every list's export, in the app.
- When your account closes (your subscription ends, or a free trial ends without a plan), we email your company's owners and show a notice at the top of every page. The account becomes read-only: you can still see everything and download the full backup and every export, but you can't add or change work.
- Your data is permanently deleted 30 days after the account closes, or 90 days after a free trial ends without a plan. The notice and the email give the date, and we email the owners again 7 days and 1 day before it. After that date the data can't be recovered.
- Keeping records is your company's job. If the laws that apply to your business require you to keep records (for example invoices, tax records, time records, chemical application records or test reports), download them before the deletion date and keep them yourself.
- The only exception: we keep a company's data past its deletion date when a lawsuit or a legal order requires us to. We keep it only for as long as that requires and use it only for that purpose. When the requirement ends, we email the owners and delete the data 30 days later.
7. Messages to your customers
The service can send emails to your customers on your behalf, such as estimates, invoices, receipts, reminders and review requests. You are responsible for having their permission where the law requires it, and for following anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act.
Text messages: the service can also text your customers from a phone number registered for your business. Texts are sent only to customers whose agreement you or they recorded in the app, and marketing texts only to those who separately agreed to them. You are responsible for the texts your company sends, for having and recording each customer's agreement truthfully, and for following the laws and phone-company rules that apply, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing and quiet-hours laws, and the phone companies' messaging rules. The app helps (it honors STOP, holds texts outside allowed hours, and keeps a history of each agreement), but it isn't legal advice and doesn't make your texts lawful for you.
To register your texting number, the information you give us (your business's legal name, tax ID, address, contact, website and how customers agree to texts) is sent to our texting provider and the phone companies' registry, which review it. We may pause your company's texting if the phone companies require it, if texts look like spam or break these rules, or if your account is unpaid.
Your plan includes a number of texts each month. A text is one message sent or received, whatever its length; a picture message counts as one. Extra texts are charged at the price shown in the app on your next invoice, up to the monthly limit you set; at that limit, texts stop until the next month (answers to STOP and HELP still go out).
8. Your company's responsibilities
Ryzoro provides the software. Your company is responsible for how it runs its business with it, including:
The app gives you fields and tools to help, but they are not legal, tax or accounting advice, and they don't make your records, notices, documents or messages meet any law for you.
- the wording of your own contracts, agreements, estimates, warranties and cancellation notices, including any document you make from a blank layout in the app;
- your customers' consent to the texts and emails you send them, recording it truthfully, and honoring their requests to stop;
- keeping the records the law requires of your business, for as long as it requires;
- your taxes, including sales tax, and your pay rules, such as overtime, breaks, mileage and pay periods;
- the notices, reports and filings your trade requires, for example chemical application records, pest control notices and backflow test results for water districts.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, send spam, upload harmful files, try to get into other companies' accounts or data, share your login with people outside your company, resell the service, or overload, copy or reverse-engineer it.
The AI assistant's answers may be wrong: check important information, especially numbers, in the app before you rely on it.
10. Other services
Some features use other companies' services: Supabase (database and sign-in), Railway (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (text messages), Google Maps Platform (maps, addresses and route planning), Anthropic (the AI assistant), Sentry (error reports), Cloudflare (the spam check on booking pages), YouTube and Vimeo (Help videos), and GoHighLevel if you connect it. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for them.
11. Availability, support and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance. We don't promise a specific uptime. We may change or improve features; if we remove something important to your plan, we'll tell you first.
Support: email hello@ryzoro.com or call or text (702) 509-6367. We reply within one business day.
To help you, Ryzoro support can view your account read-only, but only after your owner turns on Ryzoro support access (Settings → Ryzoro support access) for 1 day, 7 days or until turned off. It is off until then. Each view lasts up to an hour. Support can't change, send, charge or download anything, never signs in as you, and every view is logged with its reason, listed for the owners and emailed to them when it starts.
12. Suspension and ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time by canceling your plan. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay; where reasonable we'll give notice first. Sections 6 (data deletion), 13, 14, 15 and 16 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
13. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that route times, maps or calculations will always be exact. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for the things listed in section 8.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ryzoro is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused it.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend and cover Ryzoro against claims from others that arise from your use of the service, your data, the messages you send, or your breaking these terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both of us agree to those courts.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and date are at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect.
